I found Yoga many years ago on the search to better my wellbeing and reduce daily turmoil of anxiety. What I discovered was in fact much more than anxiety relief. I found a practice that equally strengthened mind and body and enriched my daily life.

This was also just the beginning of what would become quite the journey of deep self-enquiry and healing.

The continued yearning for transformation led me to the practice of Vedic Meditation and this is what created the most powerful, impactful and lasting shifts for me and will continue to do so. My entire world view and experience of this life has been utterly transformed from this practice and the underpinning knowledge and guidance.

Insatiable longings to understand and enhance the human experience now see me weaving Mantra, Breathwork and Kriya practices into my life.

It is with the utmost reverent gratitude that I’ve been able to learn from incredible, embodied teachers and travel to India to be able to impart the practices of Yoga, Himalayan Breathwork & Kriya, and Vedic Meditation to you.

These practices are rooted in ancient, yet timeless, wisdom and offer a holistic path to living a vibrant, integrated and empowered life.

First and foremost however, hubby and I are raising two young boys and one very spoilt doggo.
